The response by our business customers to the support portal we have introduced has been fantastic. So good in fact that we have created a new support portal for our residential customers too.
The portal allows you to raise support faults directly from a web page and then we call you back when we are free. No more having to call in, wait for us to answer or leave a voicemail. just give us the details of your fault and a record will be created on our database and an engineer will call you as soon as possible to give you the best advice possible.
